Where and how to buy your ski pass
There are several easy ways to get your ski pass in just a few minutes. Choose the option that suits you best - online, at self-service machines, directly at your hotel or at the lift ticket offices - and enjoy the slopes without waiting. Here are all the available options:
My Dolomiti Card
A personal rechargeable card that lets you skip the queues. Request it at ski pass offices or online (with collection at the Pick-Up Box). Once recharged, even online, you can access the lifts directly without going to the ticket office.
Pick-Up Box
Buy your ticket online (excluding reduced options) and receive a PDF voucher to print or save on your smartphone. At the Pick-Up Box locations (ski pass offices in Alba di Canazei, Canazei, Campitello, Pozza, Vigo, Carezza, Moena, Soraga, San Pellegrino Pass; Vajolet-Pera chairlift; Pian Frataces-Lupo Bianco gondola; Pordoi Pass cable car; Pra di Tori chairlift), simply scan the QR Code and your ski pass will be issued immediately, at no extra cost.
Self-service ski passes
Automatic ticket machines are available at the ski pass offices in Alba di Canazei, Canazei, Campitello and Pera (Vajolet chairlift). They allow you to purchase day and multi-day passes by credit card.
DTL - Direct to the lift
With your My Dolomiti Card, you can go straight to the lifts: the cost of the day, half-day or multi-day pass for a single ski area is automatically charged to your credit card. This service can only be activated online.
Hotel Skipass Service
Buy your ski pass on the Dolomiti Superski website and complete the online form with your accommodation details (if it offers the service). You will receive a voucher with a barcode sent directly to the hotel: your ski pass will be ready on arrival. Valid for adult passes (daily, multi-day and seasonal) up to 24 hours before your stay begins.
Ski pass and lift ticket offices
For seasonal passes, single-area tickets, prepaid cards, family discounts or just advice, you can always rely on the staff at the ticket offices to help you choose the best option.
